Overview
The Meridian SQ Floodlight is a square-profile, bracket-mounted architectural floodlight designed for facade washing, landscape accent, and feature illumination where a low-profile form and high IP protection are required. The die-cast aluminium body with toughened glass front delivers IP67 ingress protection, making it suitable for direct exposure to rain, ground runoff, and wash-down maintenance.
Optics
Four discrete beam angles, 8°, 10°, 30°, and 55°, cover applications from long-throw narrow-spot to wide-wash, and are available across all power variants. Colour consistency is held to less than 3 SDCM, supporting multi-unit installations where uniformity across a lit surface is critical.
Electrical and Control
The fixture operates on DC 24 V / DC 12 V (universal). Standard configuration is single-colour constant-on; an optional internal-controller RGB mode is available for colour-changing effects without external hardware.
Typical Applications
Bridge piers and abutments, building facade accents, retail frontages, hospitality courtyards, monument and sculpture lighting, and low-level landscape feature illumination.
