Overview
Pixel Node DMX Point Light is a small-format, surface-fixed pixel node intended for façade cladding, curtain arrays, media-mesh infill, and close-pitch matrix grids where per-node DMX512 addressing is required. Two disc sizes, 30 mm (3 LEDs) and 40 mm (6 LEDs), allow designers to balance resolution and output density within a single product family.
Construction
The housing combines an ABS body with an acrylic diffuser lens, keeping the node lightweight and resistant to UV-induced yellowing. Power input is DC 24 V, suited to low-voltage distribution runs common in architectural pixel arrays. The IP65 enclosure rating covers the outdoor surface-mount use cases typical of building façades and covered canopies.
Optics and Control
Sanan LED chips provide the RGB full-colour gamut. Colour consistency is held to less than 3 SDCM, and CRI exceeds Ra 85. The flood beam angle distributes light evenly across the node face without a defined beam edge, which is appropriate for diffuse pixel-grid effects rather than directional spot work. Each node receives a DMX512 signal directly, no secondary decoder required per group.
